These are just a starting point take these team building questions and modify them to meet your needs and situation. ![]() ![]() If they’ve been asked the same question a thousand times before, it’s not as effective in engaging the person in your conversation. I’ve found that the below questions (pulled from games like Table Topics, shows like Inside the Actor’s Studio, and from my own brain) are unique and interesting enough to force a person to think. These are great as team building questions, learning more about your co-workers, and for spicing up your standard introductions with funny questions to ask.Ī quick caveat: there are thousands of interesting questions to get to know someone.
